Our Story
We started because good work should not be this hard to find
NextGen Builders Group was founded in South Florida by tradespeople who spent years watching homeowners get burned by the same pattern: a low verbal number, a fast start, then a job that stalls, a scope that creeps and a contractor who stops answering the phone.
We built the company to run the opposite way. Before any demolition begins, you receive a written line item scope with allowances, a schedule and a fixed price. During the build, one project manager owns your job from start to finish and updates you weekly. At the end, you get a punch list walkthrough, warranty paperwork and a clean house.
Today our crews work out of 2575 SW 120th Ave in Miramar and serve homeowners, landlords, investors and business owners throughout Broward and Miami-Dade County. We handle kitchens and bathrooms, room additions and second stories, whole home renovations, commercial interiors, roofing and exterior work. Because we self perform the core trades, carpentry, tile, drywall and finish work, the quality of your project does not depend on which subcontractor happened to be free that week.
The tagline is not decoration. Building for the next generation means we build for the home your family will still be using in twenty years: proper waterproofing behind the tile, permits pulled and inspected, impact rated openings, and framing that would pass a second look. South Florida is hard on buildings. We build accordingly.
